Donna Karan Fall 2012
This season for Donna Karan, the collection is very structured and finished, but she incorporated hats to add a bit of quirkiness. We played off the fun, quirky vibe and created a modern version of a classic nail look for the show.
We chose Fashion for the nails, with Single Ladies on the tip. The red tip added the perfect amount of color and playfulness to the nail, without being too overwhelming. We loved the combination, and the idea of a more-sophisticated take on nail art that everyone can wear. The nails were the perfect accent to the overall look, and worked perfectly with the bold red eyeshadow that the models wore.
We had a lot of fun with this nail, and they turned out beautiful! I’m crazy about the look.
